Our solar powered portable-plug-and-play intranet Remote Access Community Hotspot Education Learning (R.A.C.H.E.L) server provides off-grid end-users the ability to find information, use digital tools, or watch video content over a local wireless connection. Under Dura-Isiphala we work with local education content creators and curate edu-content in our vernacular languages.
Computer refurbishment and recycling
Provision of solar power has opened yet another opportunity for us and our investors, we have started repairing old desktops that have been lying idle in schools due to lack of power and content. Our interventions are having a positive impact in creating jobs directly as we have also started hiring computer technicians to repair and refurbish computers….
